Welcome! I’m Paige Carness (B.S., M.S., AAHCC)—a certified Bradley Method® childbirth educator and birth advocate. With over 12 years of experience guiding growing families across the United States, my mission is to equip you and your birth partner with the evidence-based tools, physical techniques, and confidence needed to achieve an empowering natural birth—whether in a hospital, birth center, or at home.

My path to childbirth education is rooted in rigorous science. Holding both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Biology, I spent years conducting high-containment laboratory research before transitioning into health advocacy. There, I worked directly to improve workplace safety policies for pregnant and nursing mothers.

This deep analytical background allows me to bridge the gap between clinical research and practical, intuitive birth preparation. I help parents understand the physiological processes of labor so they can navigate medical systems, communicate effectively with care providers, and make informed choices with complete clarity.
